Thanks. I tried it last night when normally I would have taken Oxypowder and it worked! Not perfect but a start!
Problem is: Kefir matured for 48 hours is good for lactose intolerent people as the lactose has mostly been eaten (you hope!) but Kefir matured for 48 hours is not good for people with constipation. The stuff I had last night had under 36 hours and today I have ezcema.
Well.... I guess I just have to balance the good with the bad
