Re: Health update and some new things I've tried in the past few months

I bought the one from Pro Health Infrared Saunas, the "2 person Royal Deluxe".

They have really good information on their site, it's worth looking at.

Anyway, I'm really happy with their sauna. I almost went with a local alternative, but it would have cost $9000 instead of $2500, I just couldn't justify that difference in cost and as it turns out, I made the right choice.

They are based out of Canada, but might ship to the states.

In any case, it was a great purchase and I'm very happy that I made it! For people who have trouble exercising, there is nothing better and it should be used everyday. I believe it has helped me quite a bit.
