Ear ringing still side-effect of Mirena, 5 months post-removal

Hello,

I still suffer from ear ringing and fulness and I am 5 months post-removal.
I developed ear ringing in the right ear about 6 months ago and I linked it with Mirena as I had episodes of ear ringing and ear fulness every 4 weeks that started when Mirena was placed (in Arpril 2008). One morning, the ear ringing just didn't go away, and it is still there. Sometinems not very noticable, but sometimes a really loud pitch tone, especially around my periods.
Now I am wondering if this ear ringing is still caused by Mirena. Does anyone else out there had a similar experience, and did the ear ringing stop?
