Re: in the midst of an attack

As it turns out, I was in too much pain to drink the olive oil/grapefruit mixture. The attack lasted only about 5 or 6 hours, compared to most that I've had, which have lasted 8 to 12 hours.

I decided to do my next flush in a few days. Hopefully this third flush will finally produce some results.
