day #3

So I am into day 3, so far so good... I miss it for sure but I am sick of all the risks involved.

The past few days I have noticed that when I cough up mucus I see tiny specks of brown, green and sometimes an orange. Not every time but sometimes. This kinda freaked me out. I guess I have also been forcing myself to cough up just to check it (that's the George Costanza in me) Anyone else had this?
