Candida Force contains undecenoic acid derived from castor bean oil. Morinda comes from the Noni fruit. Undecenoic acid is a fatty acid, another difference. Undecenoic acid causes fungal candida to revert back to its yeast form through changes on the phospholipid layer of the cell wall membrane.
I'm not familiar with how morinda works against candida, but one study showed that it inhibited the yeast-to-fungus conversion in the bloodstream and another study showed that it boosted the immune system response. If it boosts the immune system's response, then the question would be which part of the immune response does it boost? Does it drive the Th1 or Th2 response? If you have an autoimmune component to what you're experiencing, then it's possible that it could increase that component, or reduce it. Increasing or reducing it could result in more or new symptoms.
