Re: Looking for feedback: Iodine, Bromide, Flouride and weird muscle stuff

Thanks for the response GinaGirl!

it isn't muscle cramping though....I know what that is. It is like the muscle is about to fail or shut off and then hurt like hell and won't work anymore....it doesn't go into contraction.

I feel it mostly in my biceps, which makes some sense as a bodyworker.

I also have been noticing for awhile that I wake up too early for when I go to bed and my body goes into a heat surge until I sweat, and then I feel better, because I also awake feeling agitated. Usually I am still kind of wired in a weird way and can't sleep again...even if only 5 hours of sleep.

I wonder too if I have just gotten too acidic with all of this.

I have been taking mag oil ....trying it again. I have had four bouts of after about 3-4 days of using it that I feel like I am getting tighter. Has this happened to anyone else? I get confused on which things to push through and which to back off from.....

I use only good Sea Salt .
I do have to watch how much I do with water though as I am prone to edema, a lot on my food is fine, but too much in water can be an issue.

I am doing the selenium already.
I will get the B's
My C powder was buffered and it seems like I was weaker while on it, does that make any sense?

My body is so sensitive sometimes I pull my hair out trying to juggle things
