Coke Flush questions, pls help

I had little success with 3 Clark Flushes and can`t handle the Epsom Salts , so I`m going to try the Coke Flush next.
My question is that it says to use 10 ounces of Magnesium Citrate with no clear explanation on how to use it. It says use the powder. Now do I use 10 ounces of powder the next morning(which I think is way to much and doesn`t make sense) or do I use like a tablespoon of it mixed with juice or water? What is the correct dosage? I noticed Rite Aid has 10 oz bottles of it for $1.99 with 1.745g of Magnesium Citrate in it and is cherry favored. Is that the right dosage? Sounds like the best way to go if it is.
Also, can you do this flush every two weeks like The Clark Flush ?
