quick question to liver flushers

i'm wondering about why with the h. clark recipe that you have to do two doses of Epsom Salts before the flush. i'm wondering if just one dose is enough to get the bile ducts open. i already took coloson to get the bowels cleaned out in preparation. so would one dose of es be sufficient for opening the bile ducts? thx - mary
