Epsom salt is hard on the kidneys

Epsom Salt is hard on the kidneys, and it sounds like yours are weak and it's doing them some damage. That may mean that you should strengthen your kidneys before doing any more liver flushes. Also when you do do them you may not want to use Epsoms. I still say generally speaking using Epsoms the best way to do a liver flush, but ultimately the truly best way to do one is to listen to the individual needs of your body. And in this case I think your kidneys are saying they’re not ready to do that much work.
