Raisin' your cute factor -
when you're getting into healing, you feel small and delicate. That's ok. Work, in that moment, to shift your frequency of thought to a happier one. Yes, I have a playlist for that - it's called 'yep'. :) When my frequency tips, I put it on while I'm chopping produce for juice.
A nice warm bath with a candle, incense and
Sea Salt in it will help your soul. If you have any essential oils - specifically lavendar is nice, grapefruit is good, very clarifying for your liver or even chamomile tea. I likes the chamomile tea in my bath. It's nice to put a flower tea in your bath - red clover is nice, too. That and a bit of
Sea Salt (clears your aura, salt is very cleansing to your aura) and you'll move your hands back and forth ever so slightly playing with the flowers. You'll feel regal, loved and beautiful. While castor oil packing, put on a movie from another time period. Put yourself in a lovely soul journey where the protagonist has to muster themselves up, pull themselves up by the boot straps and they always win. 'Frida' is my favorite for that. Warm bath, affirmations, tapping even in the bath, then a castor oil pack and a 'Frida'.
The next day, upon waking and drinking your morning juice, with your 'yep' playlist on, braid your hair. Massage your face with some nice oil and braid your hair. Do something different with it. Celebrate how beautiful you are. Put on a cuter shirt than you felt like putting on. Get down the cutest shoes you can get up the gumption to wear with your cutie hair and shirt. I promise you'll feel better.
Also - make a list of many people that love you. Do it on a cute piece of construction paper (I've used gift wrap, too) and cut it out. Tape it to your desk, tape it next to your herbs. Think about that person, how much they love you and wish well for you. Putting yourself in a receiving space with love, WILL raise your frequency to a much happier one and you'll feel more supported and capable.
My mama would tell me to brush & do my hair and put on mascara & lip stuff when I didn't feel good and then decide how I felt - it works.
