As for castor oil packs, I have been using castor oil off and on for over a year, it seems to do nothing. I usually put a lot of castor oil on the swollen nodes and put a hot water bottle on the location for a good 20 minutes, it seems to do no good. I will admit, I haven't been consistent with it, I probably tried it for 3 or 4 days straight and when I don't see any improvement i'll miss a couple of days, i've tried just putting a massive amount of castor oil on the swollen and surrounding areas and just leaving it on the areas for hours without heating. gee whiz, i even tried drinking 3 tablespoons of castor oil and that didn't even make me go to the bathroom. On the other hand i've done detox (The Cleaner) and that sent me to the bathroom several times a day. But even with the detox, I saw no reduction in my swollen glands. Tweet
