And all that dwell on the earth shall worship him, every one whose name hath not been written in the book of life of the Lamb that hath been slain from the foundation of the world."

It's the Christ that was forordained to be slain before the earth was made, not the people. See 1Peter 1:18-20.

If your name isn't in the book of the lamb, that was foreordained to die in our place, you will fulfil the law on your own.
