Starting Water Fast Tomorrow!!!
So that title may be aggravating to some because of the !!!
But, it was there to make a point. I have ATTEMPTED
Water Fasting many a time. Always binged by the evening of the first day (ie less than 24 hours.) But I must try try try again. I may not be the strongest but I wont give up. I learn something new every time I fall. And what I firmly believe is that succeding at a fast is ALL about positive attitude.
I have been wanting to
Water Fast for a while now, because I believe that my toxic life desparately needs a time out to renew the life within me. So a little about me. I am a college freshman, female, 18. My life lately has been eating loads of junk food, drinking, smoking, far too much internet usage, and verrry little exercise. My weight is on the orderlin between healthy and overweight. I want to turn this around and I am confident that I will be successful this time. I've heard the first three days are the hardest, and I certainly have experienced that. My blood
Sugar must drop quite a bit because my body has easily overcome my *admittedly weak* willpower the last several attempts.
This time I will focus on the positives and persevere through the first three days (and as many more as I can; havent set a limit.) I also am hoping to get more sunshine and fresh air and light walking in. I hope to keep you updated here.
