You stated "frozen organic lemon juice" not fresh squeezed and then frozen which is more indicative the packaged frozen stuff.

Yes we all have busy lives and I would say prolly 99.9% of "US" are not monks and make the lemonade by the daily batch. Just illustrating a point about getting further away from getting the best results by using using fresh made juice instead of adding freezing the lemon juice or lemonade to the mix. It still only takes 10-15 minutes to make a "fresh" batch of lemonade for the day. If one is making the effort and sometimes sacrifice and accompanying social isolation when one is fasting 10 15 minutes a day of effort to get the best results is NOTHING.

This is a public forum and many people come here seeking info and read all the posts. Many will not be dieters or casual fasters and need to get the most from the MC to address some serious issues. They deserve to know how to get the best results from the MC.

The MC is not the only way to cleanse. Why go through all the gyrations of changing/adding this and that for a very specific protocol that has been proven effective "AS IS" for more that 60 years and instead juice fast or doing a modified juice fast and maybe using the lemonade also as a convenience factor. If variety is what you seek then juices offer limitless possibilities. Problem solved..............................
