Porphyrin and rifing - Newport

I was told today by a very nice and informative 'expert' on porphyrin disorder, that due to other genes I carry such as hemochromotosis, gluten intolerance, fructose intolerance etc, and my sx, that I 'probably' have porphyrin disorder.
He also said that rifing is not good for ppl who are porphyrics due to the electrical imbalance causing flare ups etc and/or electrostatic muscles ie/charged up muscles, I am not quoting exactly but it was along those lines. Do you have input on this topic at all? Everywhere I turn, one says black the other says white..
I am about to set up to rife the next frequency sets for YP and HMV-3, them perhaps the miasms that JS Mom shared.
Also, should I just cycle through these every day? Repeating them all? or is once good enough then move on?
