i would do the following
Rebuilding Program
The Rebuilding program is designed to give your body the best opportunity to cleanse and rebuild itself.
Throughout the entire program day after day, week after week do the following supplements and herbal formula. The herbal formula is to be taken as Decoction, one cup three times a day.
Milk Thistle, Red Clover, Burdock, Black Walnut, Yellow Dock, Echinacea, Cascara Sagrada
A. To make a decoction:
1. put one teaspoon of each of the above herbs that have been powdered into four cups of distilled water and let soak for one hour
2.then simmer for twenty minutes and let cool.
3. Next strain with cheese cloth. And drink one cup 3 times a day.
B. Eat seven Apricot pits three times a day.
C. use: Cell Forté with IP-6 and inositol Made by Enzymatic Therapy - As directed on the label.
This boosts the body's natural cellular defenses by increasing the levels of inositol phosphates in the cells. As a result, it dramatically increases natural killer cell activity, which plays a key role in strengthening the body's immune system. D. 1500 mg of vitamin C each day
C. Dry Skin brush and Hydrotherapy every day.
How to do the Dry Brush Massage
1. Use a soft bristle brush about the size of your hand. A natural bristle brush is best.
2. Start with the soles of your feet, brush in a vigorous rotating motion. Put as much pressure on the brush as you can comfortably stand.
3. Brush in this order: feet, legs, hands arms, back, abdomen, chest, neck.
4. Brush until your skin is rosy red. The average time to brush the whole body is 5-10 minutes.
5. It’s best to brush in the morning and again at night.
6. Hydrotherapy: Following the brush massage, take a hot shower for 30 seconds, then rinse with cold water for 30 seconds, back to hot water then back to cold, then back to hot then end with cold.
D. Do a Catnip tea enema every day:
Catnip tea in made by putting one pint of boiling water into a pan
containing
one tablespoon of Catnip, let this cool and then strain with cheese cloth.
Next put the Catnip tea into a enema bottle and follow the instructions on the enema bottle for its use.
E. Sun bath every day
Start out with one minute each side the first day and increase by one minute a day each side until you are at ten minutes each side. If you must use a sun
Lamp, use one with a timer so you do not fall asleep and burn. Do not use a
tanning bed.
F. Everyday set quietly for twenty minutes and think of only the happiest
time of your life.
G. walk twenty minutes a day, every day

DO ALL OF THE ABOVE DAY AFTER DAY, WEEK AFTER WEEK
UNTIL YOU ARE WELL, AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW AS WELL.

For the first three days you are to drink one 10 oz glass of distilled water
Each hour you are awake. And take the supplements and herbal decoction.
You can drink more distilled water if you feel hungry. Nothing else.

For the next three days you are to drink a 10oz glass of juice every hour you
are awake.
The first hour drink a 10oz glass of Raw grape juice. The rest of the day drink a raw juice made from 4 cups of carrots, one cup of spinach and one apple every hour, and take all the supplements and the herbal decoction each day. If you feel hungry drink as much distilled water as you want. After this follow the Mucusless Food Program below

A Mucusless Food Program
The Mucusless Food Program is a program that avoids all mucus forming foods such as white flour, salt, milk, sugar, and all fried foods, and eating only Wholesome foods (foods that are in their natural whole state) that are conductive to cell repair, growth, reproduction, and function. It will allow the body to first cleanse itself of all excess mucus, and toxins, plus give it the strength and nutrients to heal itself and to stay healthy. Remember, Nature will heal if you give it the opportunity.
1. No fried food: There is not a digestive device in your body that can digest fried food.
2. No Milk: Milk has solids that the body can’t digest. Use Soy milk.
3. No White Flour products: These are devoid of nutrition and can slow down elimination of waste from the body. Use Whole grain or multi grain products.
4. No Table salt: This is inorganic and cannot be used efficiently by the body. Use sea salt.
5. No White Sugar: White sugar pulls calcium from the bones. Use Honey.
6. Everything that goes into your body should be conducive to cellular growth, function, repair, and reproduction. Your body molds to what you eat.
7. You must have wholesome food. This means food in its' whole state as it was grown.
8. You must eat only pure food. Food that dose not have any additives or preservatives.
9. You must eat natural food. Food not made from chemicals in a laboratory.
10. You must eat a verity of food every day, this ensures that you get all the nutrients you need for health.
11. You must eat green leafy vegetables every day, you can't be healthy unless you do.
12. You must eat some raw vegetables every day, you can't be healthy unless you do.
13. Nuts should be used as nut butter to get all the good out of them.
14. Never heat oil, this is most of the cause of hardening of the arteries and stones.
15. The good starches you must use are: rye, yellow corn meal, rice, and millet.
16. Eggs should be soft boiled or poached, this preserves the lecithin that is in the egg.
17. Cooking vegetables at a temp of over 118 degrees kills the enzymes.

A Healthy Eating Program

Breakfast
A peach, or apricot
One 8 oz bowel of oatmeal with soy milk and honey
Raw Juice made with 2 pealed oranges, one cup pineapple, 1 apple

Lunch
A raw juice one made with 4 carrots, 1 apple, and 1cup spinach
One 8 oz cup of peas steamed or raw
One 8 oz cup of broccoli steamed or raw
One 8 oz cup of carrots steamed or raw
One apple

Dinner
A raw juice one made with 4 carrots, 1 apple, and 1cup spinach
One 8 oz romaine lettuce raw
One 8oz cup of green beans steamed or raw
One 8 oz cup of spinach steamed or raw
One banana
