if i take a good probiotic do i need to colon cleanse too or not?
Probiotics are a good start, but you still need to feed those flora. Therefore fiber is also recommended, such as rice bran or oat bran, and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
The flora, fiber and water will help the intestines maintain and regulate themselves and to keep down pathogens. If someone thinks they have to rely on harsh laxatives or colonics then they are doing something wrong.
