Strange thoughts while doing crystal healing

I was working with emerald last night, on my heart chakra, and I sometimes get the strangest thoughts and I don't know where they come from.

I was working on some issues of a past relationship, thinking about faith (always do when I use emerald) and suddenly my thoughts shifted and I thought "yellow fever. jaundice. puss."

Now why on earth would I think of Yellow Fever? I've never thought about or studied yellow fever in my life.

I'm trying to think : do I have a yellow fever vaccine in me with dormant yellow fever virus/antibodies?

Any ideas?
