Whew, the forum has been so very busy this past weekend that I've just now had time to read your post Water.

I've been searching for Dr. Christopher's Cayenne Newsletters for a long time and just couldn't find it!  I know it must be on the CD's of his complete works but searching for that was taking so long I decided I didn't have the time.

I'm printing this out and putting it in my "notebook library" because I know this will save lives.
