Oral Lichen Planus

I was wondering if anyone has tried homeopathic remedies to cure their Lichen Planus. I was told I have oral and I have only a few spots on my skin. I found a few different websites offering homeopathic remedies to cure Lichen Planus but wanted to see if anyone had any success with it first. Also, I noticed that I sweat on my nose for no apparent reason. Even if I am cold at times I will sweat on my nose. I don't think it is caused by the Lichen Planus though although I could be wrong.
