Could you tell us what ingredient that was?

I wonder about all the ingredients that you posted that is in Eleotin. Is there a way that I can find out the directions for preparing them. I know all the ingredients are harmless, but I still would not want to put too much of one ingredient in while not putting enough of the other ingredient, while making it.

I think it would be great if I could just make my own. That would really save on cost. Tweet
