I am 37 and have had a nickel sized spot on the back of my hand for as long as I can remember. Not extremely dark, but a discernable spot. I am not sure if it was an 'official' liver spot, but I can tell you that was the very first thing that improved when I started flushing. I can barely see it anymore...pretty cool!
