OK. I am well aware of that. but good point.

Yep, I know that one too. But i have yet to see them take the comfrey out of the formula in the books they have reprinted (though I'm not sure if i have seen the newest books)

Can I please have examples? which books? which formulas? etc.

Can you expand on this. I know of some of them but would be interested in what you have found out.
