Noises Bother Me

Noises bother me...especially little ones,they're like Chinese water torture at timea and I've had this since I was a teen at least. I remember hating the sound of people eating loud...it just drove me crazy! Even to this day,eating sounds,or even sounds like people with loud shoes get to me!
Loud sounds bother me sometimes too,if they're too loud like sirens close by or something,but not like the small sounds.
I've heard it could be food allergies ,adrenal problems which can contribute to anxiety. But also I'm one of those sensitive,deep thinker types and I've heard of things called overfocus disorders also,though it's interesting I have a hard time actually focusing on reading or something if there's people talking also so I don't know what's going on.
