Coconut Oil Remedy for Urinary Tract Infections

I've been meaning to post what I believe to be the cure for the frequent urinary tract infections I used to get. Since using this remedy, I have not had even one infection to date nor have I experienced any of the common symptoms that are related. I just had to share with you all my discovery.

Having read about the benefits of applying it internally and externally with it's anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties, it doesn't surprise me that coconut oil has been able to prevent this problem from returning. Applying a small amount of coconut oil each time during intercourse is all that is necessary. If you are not sexually active, inserting a small amount every other day may also do the trick although it seems like UTI's are often a result of having sex.

I've tried several different brands. I prefer the organic, virgin ones. Funny thing about VCO is that when it's in it's solid form and cooled to temps under 70 degrees, you can see a blue spark when you scratch the surface - pretty neat!
