what do my cortisol levels tell you?

Here are my cortisol levels--- what does this tell you and what will this cause?

7:40am- 13.6 optimal range 7.0-10
11:50am- 3.8 optimal range 3.0-6.0
6pm- 2.3 optimal range 2.0-4.0
11pm- 3.9 optimal range <1.5

Too high morning and night and low end during the day.

Norepinephrine (very low)
9am- 12.4 optimal range 35-45

Epinephrine (low)
9am- 6.0 optimal range 8-11


Also my GABA- (low)
9am- 1.4 optimal range 1.5-4.0

How would you interprate this? What symptoms (in the laundry list) are caused by this?
