use for all stress....whether serious abuse in past..shock, accidents, or ongoing stresses.....high level, low level, very interesting way to get stored stress/emotions out of the mind/body.
If you use this technique and you have serious emotional issues, work with your therapist..you can go very slowly and you can stop the effect once you come out of the exercises. There is a dvd that can be purchased
