I Would Like to Share This Poem...

Hi Everyone,

I would like to share this poem...


I often choose a picture of an animal or plant,
And begin to write exactly what they're all about,

I then take these words and sit by my tree,
And begin to sing there, so happily,

The leaves begin to shimmer now,
From the evening setting sun,

Life falls asleep,
And all is good and done,

Until a new day dawns,
And life is up again,

I sit back at my tree,
And sing again and again and again...


I really love to write poetry. I love to express in words what I feel inside and by writing poetry, helps me learn to find those words I struggle to express sometimes, in everyday conversation.

I also find, writing poetry, helps ease any burdens I may have.

I then sit at my piano with my poems any try to put a tune to the words. I find this to be amazing as I can then bring alive the emotion I'm trying to convey, moreso, by hearing the different tones and notes I play.
