Lily of Valley SOURCE

Hello,
Does anyone know where I can purchase Lily of Valley as a tincture..? I'm in the USA and it seems very unavailable possibly since it seems to be toxic.
I can only find it in dried herbal form, but dont know enough about herbs to know how to effectively manage a dosage. It seems to be toxic if used in the wrong amounts...
any advice would be appreciated
