Best test for metals is the test where you take a chealting agent (DMSA/DMPS/EDTA) and then collect your urine for a day (Chelation Challenge Test). Very interesting results that give a good indication of your true body burden of metals.

Hair tests are used a lot, but hard to interpret IMHO. Just cause an element is high in hair doesnt mean its high in your body, and vice versa.
