Re: Confused about Liver Flush, please help?

Hm it really depends. The bile is accumulated and accumulated . You cant stop it. If you have some liver problem / kind of obstruction or so stones are probably formed so Liver-Flush flushes them but they are formed again and again .I have skin problems too. But the skin problems does not comes only from the liver. Everything is connected to everything else. It is important what you eat. How much water do you drink( It is good >= 2 litres per day). Drink clean water. Eat fresh food - carrots, beetroot, apples, oranges. Forget about junk foods like chips or so. This " food " gives temporary pleasure to the senses but if you overcome this you will feel great. You can make a Liver-Flush every month or even in 2 weeks distance. But do not exhaust yourself. If you cannot restore so fast from a Liver Flush give a longer break.
Your "unsuccessful " Liver-Flush may be is a sign that you have not liver stones. So try to change your diet. Try to change your way of thinking. Nowadays all these advertisements distort the reality and corrupt the natural way of living.
Second thing. In your organism the nervous system is of a paramount importance. Stay calm and happy. Find what makes you happy and do it. If you like running then run. Swim or do whatever sport you like. Sport is a miracle. See I can write so much ideas but the important is one - to believe that you can change yourself: ) Be optimistic. You are a hero. You are great. You are strong. You are unique.
