I apply the Dovonex before bed. Although it is white you could apply it in the morning as once it's soaked in you can't see it. (The same as the Batrafen). My lips still don't exfoliate every morning but by using these creams in conjunction, (The Batrafen twice a day and the Dovonex before bed), when I do peel them after a shower in the morning the squares on the top lip seem to come off nice and easily and evenly.

And putting Dovonex on your lips isn't the same as putting Vaseline on at all...
