Hello - I have been using p & b shakes off & on, mostly off as they cause me constipation. When I use them I generally get these hard, rubbery balls that come out into the toilet.
Recently I started taking 6 charcoal tablets 2X a day. Now I am having those hard balls come out again, only they are beyond rubbery, much more hard.
Has anyone else had experience with charcoal removing plaque? I have seen on the net that some people say charcoal gets rid of m.p. but they don't get detailed about it at all. It certainly would be great to just take the charcoal as it is much simpler. Many people question the safety of psyllium too, even if it says organic, which mostlyh comes from India.
