question for experienced flushers

Hello all, i've completed my 4th flush with varying results. the first two i got a lot of stones out i think they must have been ready to come out though b/c before the first two i had liver pain in the morning, i no longer have that pain so thats good news. the third flush i had one teeny tiny little stone, pretty funny! this last one i just completed i've gotten a fair number of tiny stones out. i've been following the Andreas Moritz protocol which i believe is pretty much the same as Hulda Clark s protocol.

my questions to experienced flushers is this. i really want to stop using epsoms salts. they are so nasty and harsh and dehydrating, and i hate to continue to use something that i know is not good for my kidneys. i know many have posted that they stopped using Epsom Salts . can you tell me what you do for the flush and are you just as successful. are you getting lots of stones out? also what types of stone dissolvers/softeners are you using? i've been using malic acid and maybe i should change that to get better results?

oh and one last question with all the flushes i'm also releasing a lot of white stuff, what is that?

Thanks for all your help! Mary
