To all vegetarian FFP!


Hi =)


Is there anyone here who is vegetarian who is following this plan right now? and if so, could you tell me what your meals are like. I really love this plan but I'm a vegetarian. I do still get results, but I would love to have someone who has been doing this longer or with more experience following this plan as a vegetarian, provide me some insight. I would appriciate it so much. Also, I'm taking not only the flax oil 2tbl but I'm also takin it in pill form, is that too much?

In the mornings, one day I'd have a shake, the next I'd make a 4oz tofu scramble with veggies. I'd alternate that.

Then for lunch I would to Tempeh, with veggies

and dinner I actually added fish back into my regimine although I'd prefer not too, but I wanted to get protein and felt I'd be over doing it with the tofu and tempeh since the book says you can have that 2 a week.

Then I realized, I'm actually doing 16 oz of "meat" a day with the tofu, tempeh and fish and with the book saying I should only have two 4 oz servings daily, so I figured I'm screwing it up then on my alternate day of tofu.

That's what I've been doing. Again, any info would be much appriciated.
