The key is to understand the Pyroluria disease cascade.
It begins with

3. A weakened immune system.
4. An opportunistic & multi-resistant Infection, possibly fungal in nature. See Dr Constantini.
5. The infection, not a genetic flaw, creates the pyrroles.
6. The Pyrroles bind with B6 & then Zinc & are urinated out.
7. Deficiencies result.
8. This causes many & varied Physical effects.
