Re: an old bottle of iodine

Hello, I had just read on a Lugol's Iodine site that the shelf life for liquid Iodine is 1 year. Also, there is a diffence between the Iodine you would use on a cut/scrape vs the iodine that is being suggested for helping internal health issues. Seeing the cost of this stuff really isn't that expensive, you might want to consider some fresh stuff.
