"In the beginning I figured a website was really cool, but if you don't have a fancy eye catching small website, I don't think people are going to bother....they want in and out fast....few want to read 20,000 pages of info. So the 2010 website is going to be much smaller.."
That's pretty much it. The website isn't user friendly enough for the instant gratification idiot crowd. Unfortunatly thats the majority of people out there.
