Happy Valentine's Day Tomorrow and the whole year

Just wanted to pop in and wish you a happy valentine's day. I been under the weather but will be back soon. (I hope). let me start the day off right and tell you how much I appreciate this forum and the people. Even though the webbie does not give me everything I want. lol.

Now guys I want you to hug everyone, tell them you love them and never forget the ones who are kind.

I want you to dump the jerks who are mean with you and never spend your time with the people who treat you bad or cause you harm.

I want you to give charity to the less fortunate and to help those in prisons.

I want you to have perfect health always so you never get the big "C"

Here is my gift to you. My immune recipe, it works:

1/2 kilo of raw honey
2 spoons of royal honey *** optional
1 spoon of ginger
2 spoons of ground black cumin or Nigella Sativa
1/3 cup of chopped nuts (any kind. I use walnuts and almonds, but hazelnuts and cashiew are great too)

Blend well with a mixer or food processor. Have one teaspoon a day.
