Dry eyes are from the drugs. Been there. Floaters are parasites. I still have one that's not gone yet, but it doesn't bother me. It looks dead! That might be one of those things that the proteolytic digestive enzymes taken on an empty stomach might eradicate. AKA systemic enzymes.

Worms can cause mucous. Mucous is generated by the body as a protective device for anything that irritates it.

High blood pressure can cause headaches and so can drug toxicity caused by a congested and poisoned liver and bloodstream. All toxins and parasites can cause loss of sleep or inability to sleep well.
