And tell me something, are you affiliated with the manufacturers of revivo in anyway? Who is sponsoring all the adverts you are making to draw people's attention to your book and Revivo? Its not cheap doing google adwords/adsense and all that and the skewness of your write up make some of us begin to wonder.
Like Raphael noted, I do think you are discouraging people from using otherwise good remedies without the much needed research. In your revision, you may want to critically research all the therapies you report on. I could look for real users of MAB for example for you. Maybe even provide phone numbers to scare away your pessimism. Maybe together people could help with contributing to your research. Plus there are so many more therapies out there.
