Hey guys, I could really use some advice.

I had an awful panic attack(i believe) back in September.
I basically spaced out in class and then all of a sudden my vision become very choppy and I felt very disoriented.

Eventually the anxiety faded but the choppy vision did not.

I can not see things move fluidly in motion. If I see a car drive by it's almost like flip book. If I work down the isle of grocery store I can't stare at the items with out my jumping from one to the next as I walk. It's frame to frame almost. This goes for anything in motion, whether it's me or the other object.

It's very strange and quite terrifying. If I have a panic attack then it's tenfold until I calm down. What i've noticed is that it gets really really bad during a hangover, but normally if I drank beer. Liquor doesn't seem to make it as bad. Any thoughts??

Please, if anyone has any ideas at all I could definitely use them and they would be much appreciated.

Thanks everyone for your time.
