Take some carrots and some sour cream and like 100 GRAMS of fresh garlic, toss it in a blender, and chop it into a paste. Then eat it all at once.
Why carrots + sour cream? It'll let you down that much garlic without your mouth burning up.
AND THEN... sit down and wait. If you suddenly feel COLD, MISERABLE, BLOODY CLOSE TO FAINTING, or in any other way inconsistent with having eaten something extremely spicy but not expected to produce a bad drug trip - then you have candida.
