hashimoto's disease

Could anyone help me? I have been suffering with throat fullness, hair loss, dry skin/hair, dry nails with ridges, fatigue, eyebrow loss, poor sleep patterns, muscle aches, eczema, to name a few. I believe it is my thyroid, with thyroglobulin Ab = 366, but TPO is negative, thyroid US consistent with Hashi's, but my TSH is always 0.52 give or take and my FT4 has been declining over the last year from 1.16 to now 0.69., FT3 2.7, RT3 normal. I started myself on ERFA thyroid 4 weeks ago. I have increased my dose to 60 mgs in 2 divided doses but my hair loss is only worsening and I have not gotten my period (I am not pregnant). I tested my TSH 0.52 and FT4 0.69. Does anyone have experience with this?
