Thank you Mike. I do have complicating issues. I got ill 17 mnoths ago, and my immune system went bazerk. Not sure still what actual culprit is, but it's still worsening, and my muscles are always esp after foods, feeling seize like, intensity beyond anything I've ever felt like tickle deep in muscle on nerve paths, and pain later, with paralysis type feelings and overall weakness and tremors.
Now, I also started using benzodiazepines again this year after a successful year long taper before. I stayed on them too long and am hooked again, and even minute cuts I can feel. It's very hard. I feel like I"m losing control of my body.
Another issue is that my GI has never gone back to normal, and I seem to react to all foods now, one by one, but now all. The windows are also lessening, but seeming to blend into one constant reaction.
So, with all my food sensitivities , I just want to ask if it's a special food b/c I cannot eat many things. Thanks very much, my dr. wants to do a different test through Laboratoire Philippe Auguste for porphyrins, which is related somehow I think.. Tweet
