UT while taking meaga vitamins for pyroluria?

I have recently been diagnosed with Pyroluria. For those of you who do not know what Pyroluria is, please read here http://www.naturopathyonline.com/PatientRoles/pyroluria.htm

There is a support forum for pyroluria right here in curezone.com.

I have been practicing UT (Urine therapy) for few months and have seen some good health benefits. But due to this pyroluria, I was asked to take mega doses of B6, Zinc and Manganese by the nutritionist that I consulted. I stopped the UT when I started these mega doses of vitamins. (Not sure if I can continue UT with the supplements)

I take 1500 mg B6, 60 mg Zinc and 20 mg manganese per day. Pyroluria is a serious condition and there is no cure for that. Only known 'symptom management' for that is to take such mega doses of B6, zinc and manganese. For a normal person such high amounts of supplements may be considered toxic.

B6 is a water soluble vitamin. So, much of this high dose might come out of urine. Considering that fact, Is it still advisable for me to continue my UT with the mega doses of these vitamins? If I take B6, zinc and manganese in the morning at around 10 AM, and then if I do the UT next day morning at 6 AM, should I be ok? (How long does it take the body to flush out the excess water soluble vitamins in urine?) I don't want to end up with a overdose.

I don't want to loose out on the benefits of UT. I would really appreciate it, if some one with knowledge on this subject can respond to my post.
