I'm sorry I didn't see your post. I finally bit the bullet and went back to my massage therapist. She is literally the only one that causes any relief from the pain, which I've had in spades this last month. Finally got a ct scan because I was sure it has to be something, like a hernia.
Nope, it's just that damn soft tissue damage that I keep re injuring. This last time due to a month long cough from some damn flu or allergies or something.
I like the Grape Bitters the best, or just get the stuff at the liquor store. Drop on the back of the tongue. It's an excellent on-going
Liver Flush that is not a "huge" event. You can just feel your bile releasing right after you do this. Do NOT use the Swedish Bitters at the health food store, it's a major laxative and sort of harsh. You only use a half a dropper of the bitters on the back of your tongue, that's all you need.
I haven't been able to finish the last dose of
Epsom Salts the last few times I did the liver flush.
Hang in there kiddo. No matter what, cleansing is great for you, but it's only a bandaid unless you go for health living, sweating, eating well...It's a lifestyle change. I'm not perfect at it but I've learned a lot now. Definitely, my life has changed being at this website.
