Well, the truth is that all other things being equal, it is easier to look good in your 20's. But I know I often struggled with my complexion when I was young. At least I no longer have to deal with skin breakouts! But you are right that being young is no 'Open Sesame' to health and beauty.

As you get older you have to be sure to pay attention to all the factors of health and appearance: diet, exercise, topicals etc. I just got back into UT recently after months of daily indulgence in coffee and alcohol. Suffice to say I had a wake-up call when I took a closer look at myself. The results do come fast when you are really focused. Tweet
