Tinctures are all "usable" in that they enter the blood and exit the body with ease; while powdered cayenne mostly doesn't dissolve and much of it exits the rectum unused.

I like the tinctures because they don't burn very long, while the powder can cause an upset and a blow out.

The L/S is a great cayenne formula with lots o plant minerals, while the cayenne 5 is the best cayenne tincture formula. All cayenne use will thin the blood and cause cleansing effects.
